and presterilized.There is no need to
transfer sterile filtrate to another container because the receiver can be used
to store the filtrate.A specially
designed, pre-sterilized, leakproof cap keeps out contaminants.They are non-toxic, non-pyrogenic and
triton-free.They come complete with a
47 mm cellulose nitrate membrane that offers excellent wetting properties and
gives fast flow rates with aqueous solutions.Membranes range in size from 0.20 micron to 0.80 micron.The membrane is integrally sealed to a
support grid designed to maximize flow and reduce foaming and protein
denaturation.
